Default Why am I getting easily dehydrated?

Is god punishing me for getting away with only drinking like about a glass of water a day for something aught years? Cause I have to drink like 5 glasses of water a day and I'm really parched still.

5 full glasses? WOW! lol. That's nothing. I can easily do 4+ liters in a given day.

You should be drinking at least 64 oz a day (8 glasses). The majority of people go through life constantly dehydrated and never realize it.

I've heard that you should drink at least 64oz of water per day.

I usually drink at least a gallon, sometimes more. It depends on where I am and how much I like the readily available water.

What else are you drinking? Coffee? Alcohol? What is your salt intake like? Are you on any meds? Antihistomenes (sp)?

Nope, I don't even drink juice anymore. All I drink is water, I used to drink juice and I'd have less liquid intake and not be parched but now I only drink water and I'm really parched. It's such a pita to drink all this water every day, does brushing your teeth+mouthwash dehydrate you?

Yeah, perhaps you should get a wrist/arm brace so you don't injur yourself lifting that glass all day.

Just get a liter bottle and drink throughout the day...
