sorry, I wasn't clear... our bed is on the other side of the room so if my wife and I are trying to watch tv in bed we have to turn the tv speakers up quite loud. If we had wireless speakers by the headboard we could keep the volume low while sitting in bed. Does that make sense?

something else strange... I moved 34gb of image files from one partition to another partition on the same drive it took about 9 minutes to transfer the files...isn't this extremely slow for a SATA file transfer on the same drive?

I did 5 #5 tests and 2 complete tests which is the suggestion in the memtest 'guide' in the CPU forum I set prime95 to a 2 hour test If I'm seeing such instability in my operating system, wouldn't they come up quickly in the stress tests?
