    The slow rollout of the CHIP acts funding is likely playing a large roll in this delay as well. Funds were expected to be allocated before the end of last year IIRC

    Yeah suppose it could’ve been used in cars but wasn’t Intels main aim AFAIK. It was used in drones quite a bit, also sent to space, in USB sticks, Keem bay to compete against nvidia in inferencing iirc but not sure it ever launched

    I’d also like to point out this is “pre alpha” probably for power on and early validation. So it is not ES1 or ES2. Assuming it says 3.5Ghz, that is quite good for Skymont E cores on such an early chip

    I’m understanding it a bit differently, I’m reading it as the 8c 8t P Cores(“IA cores”) are disabled in bios due to instability bug with only e cores enabled
