I love Corvettes and I love my Corvette (My Favorite under your price range... Its worth about 22000 but would smoke any new stock vette and most other expensive cars other than the Z06) but my favorite car would be a 2001 Z06 Corvette (Only 7500 over your limit though...) Better than a Viper IMHO at about 1/2 the cost.
