I have a Lenovo 3000 N100 laptop with a T2300 cpu. Are there any software utilities I can use to overclock this?

What are the temps idle and with dual instances of prime? This should give you some idea as to if overclocking is even worth attempting. I say this because a buddy of mine has a Dell E1705 T2500 and it is in the mid 30s idle but with dual Prime it gets into the mid-high 50s after a few hours.

The question still stands though... is there any software than can be used to overclock a Core Duo?
