This could've been a decent parody. But the OP screwed it.

QFT. This parody had potential but the OP messed it up.

Get another crane to pick up that crane, just make sure to put the outriggers up.

/requesting picture of crane picking up another crane out of water, then falling over too

doesn't look too bad. No obvious structural damage...right it and go back to work...

I made a LOT of money in my youth running little junk cherry-pickers like that...good rigs as long as you follow the rules...

Egads, a neck-bender! that is an L and I claim waiting to happen;)
( try running one all day, the work is never right in front of you and you crane your neck/back out of shape to see what you are doing).

nobody was physically hurt, just a bruised ego.

a big tow truck (http://pics.bbzzdd.com/users/johngute/DSCN1740.JPG) was used to right the crane. sorry for the crappy pic, it was dark when the righted the crane.

Yeah, fucking neck-breakers...I ran them before juice rigs came with rotating cabs...they can be real workhorses with the right operator in the seat.

Good to hear :) Things certainly could have been worse (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxM83_hHJC8). I read the thread title and for some reason that old video was the first thing to come to mind.
