I won't buy anything from RCA, they have very bad quality. ebay is selling this for similar price.

Believe it or not, RCA is the first company that sell TV. But they went downhill since then.

I don't think it was the same RCA that sold the first TV... you're talking about the pre-Thompson buy out RCA :)

The problem with a lot of these 20" LCD TVs is that they're using a crappy panel. They run 800x600 resolution, and if you want a good one that can do 1280x768/720 you have to pay twice as much. It doesn't make sense to me, because the 2001FP has twice the resolution and yet you can find that for as much as only $100 more. If only Dell would put Component cables on their monitors and then they could claim that they're HDTV ready.

My last dealing with RCA in the late 80's...19" TV had a 90 warranty, died about day 95. The service company said it must have been a fluke, spend about $100 and we'll fix the major repair and it will work for a long time. I fixed it and the TV lasted about 5 days past the warranty for the repairs, maybe 35 days. I walked outside and hurled the RCA into a dumpster and it was the last RCA product I have ever bought. Sorry for the RCA slam, in my poor college days and it left a bitter taste.
